THE DALIA METHOD

A distinct natural method for planning your family’s growth.

Dalia brings together a concise set of observed cycle milestones to offer consistent timing guidance for conception. The method grew from the experience of a small group of families and gives each cycle the same clear approach.

How the Dalia Method works

01

Observe what matters

Record the cycle milestones used by the Dalia Method, including period timing, your LH landmark, and selected cycle observations.

02

Receive a consistent guide

Dalia brings those observations together through its own method and returns estimated dates to help you plan for conception.

03

Follow your story over time

Each cycle record becomes part of your history, helping you revisit the signs and guidance from one cycle to the next.

WHAT MAKES DALIA DISTINCT

A different way to bring the signs of your cycle together.

Born from family experience. Made consistent from one cycle to the next.

Dalia began with the experience of families who wanted a natural, practical way to plan for conception. Over time, their experience shaped a repeatable approach built around a concise set of meaningful cycle milestones.

That is why Dalia is not a generic cycle tracker with a new name. Other approaches may ask you to interpret a changing chart, combine daily signs, or follow a device-led routine. Dalia asks for specific observed milestones and applies its own consistent method to them.

The difference is in how Dalia brings those milestones together. Instead of leaving you to interpret a complex chart, it turns the observations you enter into a clear cycle guide that you can revisit over time.

A METHOD DESIGNED TO STAY SIMPLE

Your family plan should not begin with a drawer full of equipment.

Less equipment around the method. More continuity from one cycle to the next.

Billings and Creighton ask women to learn detailed observation and charting systems, often with tutor or practitioner support. Sensiplan adds a basal thermometer and a daily temperature routine. Marquette can add a hormone monitor and recurring test sticks. Each approach carries a different cost: instruction, equipment, consumables, or time.

Dalia is designed around a lighter structure. There is no proprietary Dalia monitor, no dedicated thermometer, and no Dalia consumable to buy each cycle. You enter a concise set of observed milestones—including an LH landmark from the source you choose—and receive your cycle guide.

That does not mean every external cost disappears: an LH test may still be needed to identify the landmark you enter. It means Dalia does not lock your family into dedicated hardware, branded refills, or a required practitioner programme just to produce its timing guidance.
